HOW MUCH DOES AN EYE EXAMINATION COST?
The cost is $77. We apply a reduced fee of $67 for those who are a student or hold a Gold Card or Community Services Card
DO WE DO QUOTES FOR WINZ?
The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) changed the payment process for funding glasses in 2014. WINZ now no longer need a quote. You should see your Case Manager to get your green card loaded then contact us to make an appointment.
DO WE NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN EXAMINATION OR CAN WE JUST DROP IN?
Yes, you will need to make an appointment for an examination.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR A CHILD’S EYE EXAMINATION?
If you or your child (under the age of 16) has a Community Services Card (CSC) funding is available through ENABLE to pay for their examination and glasses to a maximum of $287.50. If you do not have a CSC the cost for a child is $67.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that circumstances can change and sometimes you are unable to keep your appointment but we would appreciate you advising us of a cancellation as soon as possible.
